1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, deliveries, and services provided by [Your Company Name] within the UAE and GCC.
1.2 Any deviations, verbal agreements, or amendments shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by us.
1.3 The buyer’s purchasing terms shall not apply, even if not expressly rejected. Acceptance of our goods or services shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
2. Offers & Quotations
2.1 All offers and quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.2 All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time prior to written acceptance.
3. Delivery & Collection
3.1 Delivery dates provided are estimates only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
3.2 Customers may either:
- Arrange collection from our premises, or

Request delivery by our transport or approved third-party carriers (charges apply).
3.3 For GCC shipments, all customs clearance, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 Upon receipt, the buyer must check goods against the delivery note. Claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect delivery must be submitted in writing within 3 days, and claims for quality issues or non-delivery within 10 days.
3.5 Our liability for valid claims is limited to replacement or re-delivery of the goods. No further compensation will be payable.
4. Returns, Exchange & Refunds
4.1 Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective goods, provided:
- Goods are returned within 7 days of delivery/collection.

Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4.2 Custom-made, cut-to-size, or special-order products are non-returnable.
4.3 Refunds, replacements, or repairs will follow our detailed Return & Exchange Policy available in our showroom.
5. Risk & Title
5.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are delivered to the buyer’s premises, collected by the buyer, or handed over to the buyer’s nominated carrier/agent.
5.2 Title and ownership remain with the seller until full payment has been received.
6. Prices & Taxes
6.1 All prices are quoted Ex Works (INCOTERMS 2015) from our premises, unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Delivery charges, insurance, customs duties, and other related costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
6.3 All prices are exclusive of VAT and other government-imposed taxes, which will be applied as per UAE law.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Sales are strictly cash or cleared funds only. No credit facilities are provided.
7.2 For large or custom orders, deposits may be required, with the balance payable before or at delivery/collection.
7.3 Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, cheque, cash, or credit card.
7.4 Late payments may incur interest of 2% per month on outstanding balances, in addition to collection and legal costs.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or supplier failures.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
